EastLink Network Upgrades
EastLink is committed to providing our customers with a wide range of products and services to meet our customers' communication and entertainment needs.
Nova Scotia:
Lunenburg, Queens, Shelburne, Yarmouth, Digby, Annapolis, Kings, and Hants counties.
EastLink is pleased to announce that we have been selected by the Government of Nova Scotia to provide EastLink High Speed Wireless Internet service to residents and businesses. Click here for additional information.
Newfoundland and Labrador:
EastLink is upgrading the communications infrastructure in Newfoundland and Labrador. This upgrade work is necessary as EastLink enhances the quality and reliability of existing services and prepares for the launch of future services including faster Internet, EastLink Telephone and the popular Watch, Surf & Talk Bundle in various communities.
Over the coming weeks, EastLink Authorized Agents, Mapcomm, B&B and ACM will be completing the network upgrade construction in the following areas:
- Bay St. George, Port au Port Peninsula, Stephenville and surrounding areas
The work will occur from Monday to Sunday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. During this period, customers may experience an interruption in their cable and Internet services. Residents will also notice trucks in the area and crews working on ladders and poles during these hours.
