Moving can be a hassle, but we're here to make moving your EastLink services easy. Transferring your services can be done in 3 easy steps:
- Call an EastLink Customer Service Representative (Residential Customers/ Business Customers) in your area and follow the prompts.
- Alert the Representative that you are moving, giving them your new address and the date that you are moving in.
- An EastLink Customer Service Representative will then place a disconnection order for your current services and transfer all account information and services to your new address. The Customer Service Representative will also set up a time, if you should need any of your EastLink services installed at your new location.
